It took me seven years and multiple renditions to complete this from concept to print. A nod to Urnes knot work and duality, I wanted to make a raven logo with mostly dot work. This was one of those transformative projects where the emotional development through the work transformed my life. At the start, I still had unhealed damage from a grand mal seizure. Losing my visual imagination when closing my eyes made me want to give up on this drawing from the start. I have been a creative person since I played with crayons and lost all hope that I could draw something interesting. As the drawing changed, more of my ability to visualize came back. At completion is when I realized I can still creatively visualize, just in a different way. What a wonderful feeling that was. Stickers and prints will be avilable soon!
